Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Lebanese restaurant Sambusek to offer Iftar buffet and Suhour menu

Guests can Enjoy a Traditional Iftar Buffet and Delicious Suhour Menu Throughout Ramadan
Abu Dhabi – Sambusek, Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s stylish Lebanese restaurant which combines the glamour of Beirut with traditional Lebanese cuisine, will offer a traditional Iftar buffet as well as a specially crafted Suhour menu throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
To honour this special time of the year, Sambusek’s Head Chef Emad Zalloum has created a traditional Iftar buffet offering an extensive range of Lebanese delicacies. Designed to be enjoyed with family and friends, the buffet will offer a selection of hot and cold mezzeh, traditional refreshments, the best meats and freshest fish, and a variety of desserts. For Suhour, the menu offers a choice of cold and hot mezzeh grilled meat and seafood as well as dessert and Shisha. The Iftar buffet starts at AED 195* per person, while the Suhour menu starts at AED 125*.

Our Iftar buffet will offer a large variety of Lebanese dishes prepared from the freshest ingredients, from dates and traditional refreshments to fishes and meats grilled to perfection, while the Suhour meal will prepare guests for the next day’s fast in a relaxing ambience,” says Emad Zalloum, Sambusek’s Head Chef, who relocated to Dubai from Lebanon in 2004. Chef Emad has extensive experience in the realm of Lebanese cuisine, having previously worked at a number of well-regarded properties including the Burj Al Arab and the Grand Hyatt.
Sambusek’s sleek and elegant interior combines a variety of materials, from warm wooden floors to floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular waterfront views. For those looking for a family-style Iftar experience, Sambusek’s private dining room offers an intimate setting right next to the bustling main restaurant area. The dining room can accommodate up to 16 guests and requires an advance booking. Following Iftar, guests can enjoy shisha at the restaurant’s outdoor terrace Smoke, set against the backdrop of the Abu Dhabi skyline.
During the holy month, all Rosewood Abu Dhabi restaurants will be closed for lunch aside from Aqua. Sambusek and Majlis, the lobby lounge will start welcoming guests at 6:30pm.
