DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS
All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking. Normally, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of check-in (2pm) to avoid a 1 night no-show penalty. For the period of Nov 1-5, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of check-in (2pm) to avoid the penalty. Deposit guarantee must be made by credit card.
