Over the years the Friday Brunch at Al Faisaliah Hotel has gained the title of ‘Best Brunch in Riyadh’ and is rated as one of the best in the Middle East. The numerous live cooking stations and buffets offer an array of specialties from literally every corner of the world. Delicacies such as pan-fried duck liver, authentic Cantonese Dim Sum or scallops are complimented by the traditional Middle Eastern Mezze and a fantastic dessert buffet prepared by the Master Patissier. Children will have a field day in the entertaining Children’s Brunch area with a dedicated children’s brunch buffet, video game corner and lots of activities under the care of an experienced team. One of the founding fathers of the “cucina del territorio” which defines modern local Italian cuisine, he has earned two Michelin Stars, invented contemporary classics such as Lasagnette Croccanti (crunchy lasagne), and is revered for his inspiring culinary instruction with the Gambero Rosso Magazine and various Italian TV channels.
For five days of inspired lunches, enlightening cooking classes and imaginatively diverse dinners, Chef Corelli shares four decades of experience in the stylish surroundings of Riyadh’s most progressive Italian restaurant.
