Rosewood Beijing, the first China property for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts®, will exquisitely express the group's A Sense of Place® philosophy by reflecting the history, culture, architecture and sensibilities of the location. Location
Opening Autumn 2013, the hotel will be located in the central business Chaoyang District, opposite the iconic CCTV Tower.

Accommodations
The hotel will offer 279 rooms including 232 Premier Rooms, 46 Executive Suites and a Presidential Suite. The average room size for typical rooms is 538 sq. ft. with suites up to 829 sq.ft.

Meetings & Events
Meeting and function space totalling 32,792 sq. ft. will include a pillar-less ballroom of 8,249 sq.ft. accommodating up to 500 guests, with adjacent 3,239 sq. ft. garden terrace.

The Pavilion
This high-end, residential-style venue will include two combinable areas for memorable events with dining spaces, bar, lounges and show kitchens. A total area of 18,410 sq.ft. can accommodate up to 160 guests.

Seven restaurants and lounges will serve authentic international and local cuisines.

Six treatment rooms with balconies and five spa suites for overnight stays. Complementary recreational facilities will include an indoor swimming pool, gym and yoga studio.
