Our Catering department specializes in tailor-made weddings, ensuring attention to every detail. We have an exceptional team of photographers, officiant, florists, entertainment specialists and activities staff to facilitate every personalized wedding wish. Our services do not end with the wedding itself. If you are interested in designing a unique holiday experience for you and your guests while in the USVI, we are happy to provide recommendations on such selections as shopping, boating excursions, dining options, and spa and wellness programs, to name a few. Not only is our St. John island setting unparalleled, but obtaining a marriage license from the USVI Territorial Court is a simple process. It consists of sending in a one-page application no less than eight days prior to arrival and making an appearance at the Court of Clerks Office before your ceremony.
For those seeking simplicity and convenience in preparation, we have created three wedding packages depending on the size of your wedding:
- Simply Us
For couples wishing simply to get away from the stress of planning a big wedding, our Simply Us package contains everything you need for a romantic and elegant wedding just for the two of you. Package includes: arrangement and Fee for the Officiant; Bridal Bouquet and Boutonniere; one-tier 6" wedding cake; a romantic dinner for two on the beach, excluding drinks, a welcome bottle of House Champagne; and a Caneel Bay Memory Box, designed to hold all of the keepsakes you gather during your stay to remind you of this special occasion. - Casual Elegance
For couples looking to celebrate their special day with their closest family and friends, our Casual Elegance package is designed for a small, intimate wedding for up to a maximum of 30 guests. Package includes: arrangement and fee for the Officiant; bridal bouquet and boutonniere; a bottle of House Champagne on the Wedding Day; one-tier 6" wedding cake; site and coordination fee; a standard beverage table that includes infused citrus water; a sand ceremony to keep as a memory item; tropical fruits platter on the wedding night; a Caneel Bay Memory Box, designed to hold all of the keepsakes you gather during your stay to remind you of this special occasion. - Casual Elegance Plus
For couples who are looking for a bigger wedding, our Casual Elegance Plus package is available. This package requires a minimum of 30 guests. Package includes: arrangement and fee for the Officiant; bridal bouquet and boutonniere; a welcome bottle of House Champagne or wine; one-tier 6" wedding cake; site and coordination fee; a standard beverage table that includes infused citrus water; a sand ceremony to keep as a memory item; a tropical fruits platter on the wedding night; a massage for the bride and groom; a trip for two on our Sunset Cocktail Cruise (sails on Thursdays or Sundays); breakfast daily for the bride and groom, up to a maximum of 3 days; a special wedding gift; a Caneel Bay Memory Box, designed to hold all of the keepsakes you gather during your stay to remind you of this special occasion. While the site location for your ceremony would typically be Turtle Bay Point with its views across the sparkling waters of the Pillsbury Sound to distant Jost Van Dyke, other options are available. Please discuss these with our Wedding Coordinator. A three-night minimum stay is required for wedding couples. If you are interested in group rates for ten rooms or more, please let us know so that we may include the appropriate quotation in your Wedding Agreement.
Our Wedding Wishes Form is used to highlight your expectations and allow us to assist in creating your dream wedding. Once we receive your completed form, we will develop a tailor-made contract consisting of all of your wishes. Please know that we understand that your thoughts and ideas are evolving, We are happy to discuss options and timelines associated with creating the perfect wedding for you and your loved ones.
