My love for the hospitality industry first started at the age of twelve,
whilst assisting my Grandmother in her Delicatessen based
in Sardinia, Italy. I have not considered a different career path since those first memories.
At 17, I was selected as bar back at famous Bar Il Portico for The luxury Hotel Cervo, Sardinia, hailing the best location in the Costa Smeralda. After 4 years I was promoted to Head Bartender, and proud to be leading the team and operations of such a beautiful property.
I moved with few friends to London, with a big suitcase and many dreams, I embraced the bar community and the opportunities that this cosmopolitan city gave. With no English I had to start from zero. Lucky enough to meet great colleagues first and friends later, I became part of a great team winning many bar awards. I was very proud of myself and my achievements.
Some of my best memories are of my trip with my girlfriend to Mexico, travelling from a big city like Mexico City to small pueblo like Tequila exploring the distilleries, valleys, beautiful beaches and engaging with the local community.
Having already experienced the five star luxury world by working for different brands, with Rosewood London I have cemented and developed my true passion for the hospitality industry. To me, it is not only a job. It is a lifestyle which brings along new opportunities and challenges every day.
