BIO: Managing Director Avi Haksar

Avi Haksar joined Rosewood Crescent as Managing Director in April 2013. Haksar was most recently Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, where he was responsible for daily operations of the 354-room resort located in Bangkok’s central business, entertainment and cultural district.

With almost two decades of hotel experience, Haksar developed a passion for hospitality at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland. Prior to Thailand, he spent four years in the Food and Beverage and Rooms divisions at Four Seasons Los Angeles. He also previously served as Director of Beverage at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he oversaw the operations of multiple dining outlets and opened new restaurant concepts.

Haksar was born and raised in India, and he holds Irish and American citizenship. He speaks six languages and earned a degree from the University of Miami in Marine Biology. He lives in Dallas with his wife and five-year-old son.
