With its signature ambience, Nobu, is the most innovative new style Japanese restaurant in America. It sits just off the Great Hall – the lobby of Rosewood Crescent Hotel. You can choose to experience Nobu in their casual cocktail lounge, watch the talented chefs create sushi at the sushi bar or dine in the main dining room. The Starlight Room, adjacent to the hotel’s courtyard garden, is also available for private parties in the evening.
The Nobu menu features some of Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes like the addictive tempura rock shrimp or the blackened miso cod that simply melts in the mouth. Nobu offers dinner from 6-10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 6-11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.The Nobu lounge opens daily at 4:30 p.m. for cocktails.
