At the Fitness Center, expert trainers teach and oversee personal workouts and instruction in dance, aerobics and yoga, complemented by the world's most advanced cardiovascular and free-weight equipment. Guest and members also enjoy a meticulously maintained locker room with amenities, including workout apparel, fluffy towels and personal grooming supplies (members need only to bring athletic shoes in order to utilize the exercise equipment).

Classes
All classes are held in The Spa at The Crescent unless noted otherwise. Scheduled classes may change. Please contact the Fitness Desk at extension 3356 or 3385 to confirm. Aerobic Sculpt: This class is a combination of step aerobics, low impact and body toning with weights.
Bar Zone: An intense toning class using the ballet bar, designed to define and shape every muscle in the body.
Body Combat: This high intensity, heart pumping class incorporates ply-metrics, kickboxing, sports drills, agility, strength and core in a one hour full body workout.
Body Balance: A Pilates inspired class focusing on core strength, flexibility, range of motion and lower body toning.
Body Sculpting: Designed to sculpt and reshape all the major muscles. A variety of exercise equipment is used (balls, bosu, weights, tubing) to give you a total body high energy workout.
Core & More Sculpting: Using the body sculpting format (same as above), this class offers an extra focus on balance and core strength. All fitness levels welcome.
Bootcamp: Aerobic and strength training stations combine to give you the ultimate total body workout.
Cardio/Tone: Hi/Low impact dance aerobic class with weight resistance training.
Core Integrity: Pilates, Bosu, and balancing exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles and back.
Pilates: This class is designed to increase range of motion, strengthen core muscles, and improve daily function.
Qi Balance: Come nourish your mind and body through breath based movements, while creating strength and flexibility.
Spinn: This high energy class provide a great cardiovascular workout on the Life Fitness LeMond bikes. All fitness levels welcome.
Yoga Flow: Improves strength, flexibility, deep breathing, combined with slow flowing movement from one posture to another. All fitness levels welcome.
Yoga for Strength: A physical yoga class designed to enhance stability, balance, core strength and mental focus. Intermediate level.
Yoga/Fusion: This class combines traditional stretching with a touch of yoga to improve core strength, and flexibility.
Yoga Stretch: Slow non-impact movement designed to increase breathing capacity and flexibility.
