Development & Strategy

An owner’s relationship with Rosewood often begins with Development, the group responsible for growing Rosewood’s portfolio. The Development team at Rosewood actively seeks new luxury hotel and resort destinations that are capable of becoming part of its unique and irreplaceable collection of properties. The Development & Strategy function also oversees the residential development platform, Rosewood Residences, which plays a significant part in many of Rosewood’s existing properties and new developments.
