Steps from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, alit with glowing farolitos and silvery lights, enjoy a memorable Christmas Eve Dinner at the acclaimed Anasazi Restaurant. For the special evening, Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has created a three-course prix fixe menu featuring elegant dishes that delight the palate and inspire holiday cheer, warming one from the inside out.
Christmas Eve dinner is USD95 per adult and USD45 per child (12 and under).
ELF ON THE SHELF

Based on a classic children’s book, Elf on the Shelf is a beloved Christmas tradition for many families, and this year Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi is continuing the tradition for its youngest guests. From Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve, Zazi the Elf will be hidden somewhere around the Inn or Plaza each day, monitoring who is naughty and who is nice. Each child lucky enough to spot Zazi will then receive a fun prize.
Additionally, the Anasazi Restaurant will offer a special holiday-themed children’s menu, including Fluffy Snow Scrambled Eggs and Feliz Navidad Quesadillas. For dessert, children can enjoy Reindeer Nuggets (Chocolate and Graham Cracker Morsels), Lumps of Coal (Chocolate and Peanuts Shaped into Lumps) or Santa’s Favorite Cookies. The children’s specialty drink menu is especially fun and festive, including Hot Cinnamon Milk (Non-Fat Milk, Cinnamon and Peppermint) and Rudolph’s Red Nose (Sprite, Pineapple Juice, Grenadine and Fruit Garnish).
CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH

This year, after exchanging gifts Christmas morning, head to the Anasazi Restaurant to enjoy a mouthwatering three-course Christmas Day brunch.The Anasazi Restaurant’s acclaimed Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has crafted a delicious and innovative prix fixe menu for the occasion that features traditional brunch fare infused with his signature Southwestern flavor and skillful touch.
Christmas Day brunch is USD45 per adult and USD25 per child (12 and under).

Round out everyone’s favorite winter holiday by indulging in a special Christmas Day dinner at the Anasazi Restaurant. For the festive occasion, Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has created a three-course prix fixe menu featuring elegant entrees and dishes infused with his signature Southwestern flavors.

NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER
4 to 9:30 p.m.
Begin 2014 in the most memorable and magical of ways by enjoying a decadent New Year’s Eve dinner at the Anasazi Restaurant. In celebration of the New Year, the Anasazi Restaurant is serving an elaborate three-course prix fixe menu accompanied by Cuban music from the Santa Fe-based band Savor. Highlights of Chef Juan’s festive menu include Grilled Vermont Quail with Fig Financier, Blue Cheese Arugula Salad and a Port Fig Reduction as well as a mouthwatering Grilled Angus Tenderloin and Fois Gras with Huitlacoche Tapenade, Short Rib Tortellini and Baby Turnips topped with Malbec Sauce. Of course, no New Year’s Eve celebration is complete without a sweet treat, and for this special evening, Chef Juan has prepared several homemade desserts, which include Flan and Dulche de Leche with Vanilla Chantilly, Chocolate Crumble and Mousse.
New Year’s Eve dinner will be served from 4 to 9:30 p.m. and is priced at USD95 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. and USD125 from 6:30-9:45 p.m.
