One of New Mexico's most highly acclaimed culinary destinations, the Anasazi Restaurant offers a fine dining atmosphere that is welcoming, elegant and rusticly Southwestern. Show Dad the love and appreciation he deserves this Father’s Day with a special brunch at the Anasazi Restaurant and Patio. Steps from thehistoric Santa Fe Plaza, families can gather inside the restaurant’selegant dining room or on its vibrant patio and dine on Executive Chef Juan Bochenski and Sous Chef Julio Cabrera's 3-course prix fixe menu or an à la carte menu.

From the prix fixe menu, Dad can enjoy Paella made with aromatic saffron rice, chicken, mussels and chorizo, freshly prepared by our culinary staff on the outdoor patio. The à la carte menu features the AnasaziRestaurant’s signature Southwestern flavors, with Dad’s favorite dishesincluding a Grilled Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin and a perfectlyGrilled Prime Buffalo Burger with Applewood Smoked Bacon. To top off thecelebratory meal, Dad can indulge in a delicious slice of Olive Oil Cake or gourmet Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

Aria Dessert Menu

Debuting June 25, in conjunction with the Santa Fe Opera's 2013 Festival Season, the new Aria Dessert Menu offered at the Anasazi Bar serves as a delectable finale to each stunning performance of the famed opera festival. This new menu features a selection of Executive Chef Juan Bochenski’s mouth watering desserts, each intelligently paired with a glass of wine to bring out the unique flavors of the dish and serve as a luxurious ending to a warm, summer night at the opera. Guests can choose from a Chocolate Fudge Brownie, elevated with a topping of Cajeta Ice Cream and paired with Susan Balbo Late Harvest Malbec 2009, or delight in a Mango Crème Brulee, served with a refreshing Coconut Sorbet, Biscotti Wafers and a glass of Oremes Tokaji Aszu 2006.

The Aria Menu will be available the evenings the Santa Fe Opera is performing (Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays) beginning June 25 until the Opera concludes August 24. On these special evenings, the Bar’s hours will be extended to accommodate operagoers.
