Chef Juan Bochenski leads the Inns culinary team with an innovative and contemporary approach to food. Bochenski's global sophistication and passion for cultural cuisine combines with Anasazi's savory southwestern traditions to create an exclusive culinary experience. All menus use fresh, regional ingredients; some selections subject to seasonality.

Whether planning an intimate dinner party for 10, an elaborate four-course dinner paired with select wines or a quick business luncheon for 30 guests, our staff will personally attend to every detail of your event.
