Deposit and Cancellations
A three-night deposit is due at time of booking. Cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival (spring, summer and fall) and 45 days prior to arrival (winter) to avoid loss of deposit. Special deposit and cancellation policies apply for the holiday season (Christmas and New Years.) Forfeiture of full stay if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival. Major credit cards, wire transfer and checks are accepted. Checks can be sent to: Rosewood Jumby Bay, 330 Seventh Avenue, Suite 902, New York, NY 10001, U.S.A. To avoid penalties, all cancellations must be communicated via e-mail or facsimile and receipt confirmed by the reservations department. Any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date and no-show reservations will result in a penalty of the full stay. Regrettably, no exceptions can be made, and as such, trip insurance is encouraged. Additional restrictions may apply throughout the year. Rates and policies are subject to change. To preserve the elegant yet casual atmosphere of the Caribbean's most exclusive private island resort, ladies should wear pareos or cover-ups over swimwear; gentlemen may wear polos or t-shirts with swim shorts at breakfast and lunch. At dinner resort wear is appropriate for ladies and gentlemen.
Arrival, Departure and Transfers
Check-in is at 3 p.m. Check-out is at noon. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures. A USD60 per person transfer fee includes a welcome at V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua and escort by private car to the resort's private ferry for the seven-minute journey to Jumby Bay. The transfer fee also includes return transfer to V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua upon departure. Transfer fees are USD30 roundtrip for children ages two to 12 years and complimentary for children under two years of age. Airport transfer fees for guests arriving via private plane are available upon request.
