All of our Sense Experiences have been carefully designed to unite energies with the splendor of the surrounding natural environment. You are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to fully enjoy the spa's exclusive amenities and facilities.
Jumby Signature Island Experience Few things can put you in touch with the natural rhythms of the island more than this thoroughly relaxing treatment that balances your entire system. A cranial massage relieves stress and jet lag. Our coconut shea butter, full-body massage follows, opening pores and relieving tension. Jumby Bay Elixir For Two This couple's treatment brings the healing powers of the ocean to the entire body. Enjoy a glass of sea moss-infused tea while your feet are treated to a exfoliating foot scrub and therapeutic reflexology. An invigorating full-body scrub will exfoliate and refresh the skin. Island Embrace This treatment begins with a marine-based scrub to revive and exfoliate you from head to toe. Earth & Sea Scrub The body is exfoliated and wrapped with pure salts mined from Himalayan peaks and cleansing mud allowing detoxification and healing. While wrapped, your therapist will focus on acupressure points to aid in this cleansing effect. Sea Mud Envelopment Nourishing and warming, this relaxing treatment begins with a full-body brushing, followed by an application of pure organic algae oil. Jumby Bay Deluxe Foot Treatment Submerge your feet in a warm bath of lemongrass and sea salt. Spa Etiquette & Policies
Arrivals Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In the spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee remains unchanged.
Spa Amenities Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your personal spa suite which is equipped with private facilities and spa amenities.
Etiquette Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We ask that you speak with a quiet voice while at the spa. In consideration of other spa guests, please switch off mobile phones and pagers. The spa is a non-smoking zone.
Special Request Feel free to request your preference for a specific technician or gender of therapist for your treatment. Our trained professionals properly drape you throughout the spa service. We strive to accommodate your requests based on availability. If you need assistance during your visit—such as an adjustment to lighting, sound or temperature, or to the pressure or technique of your spa service—please do not hesitate to speak with your therapist.

Pregnancy The spa offers specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time. We also advise you to consult with your physician prior to booking.
Cancellations Please allow at least 24-hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged in full. If we are able to re-book your appointment time with another guest, the cancellation fee will be waived. No shows are charged at full treatment rate. For group cancellation policies, please inquire with your group coordinator.
Personal Items We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items and valuables during your visit. Please do not wear jewelry to the spa.
Shaving Please shave at least 12 hours before any facial or body treatment.
Spa Hours Spa services are offered daily from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. by appointment. Advanced reservations are recommended to ensure preferred appointment times. Credit card and contact details are required at the time of reservation to guarantee bookings.
