Daily Room Rates in U.S. Dollars, based on double occupancy per bedroom, are subject to a 10.5% government tax and 10% service charge. Rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, cocktails by the glass and use of all non-motorized watersport equipment. In-room dining and airport transfers are offered at an additional charge. Third adult (over 12 years of age) in room incurs a per night charge of $250 winter/holidays and $200 summer/fall.
The resort welcomes children of all ages year-round. The rate for children 12 years and older sharing a room with parents is $250 per night in Winter and $210 per night Summer/Fall. The rate for children ages 2-12 years sharing a room with parents is $210 per night in Winter and $110 in Summer/Fall. Children under two years old are complimentary.
NOTE: The guest rooms and restaurants at Jumby Bay are designated non-smoking.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
A three-night deposit is due at time of booking. Cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival (spring, summer & fall) and 45 days prior to arrival (winter) to avoid loss of deposit. Special deposit and cancellations policies apply for the holiday season (Christmas & New Years). Forfeiture of full stay if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival. Major credit cards, wire transfer and checks are accepted. Checks can be sent to: Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort, 330 Seventh Avenue, Suite 902, New York, NY 10001. To avoid penalties, all cancellations must be communicated via e-mail or facsimile and receipt confirmed by our reservations department. Any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date and no-show reservations will result in a penalty of the full stay. Regrettably, no exceptions can be made on this, and as such, we encourage trip insurance be utilized. Additional restrictions may apply throughout the year. Rates and policies are subject to change. ATTIRE
To preserve the elegant atmosphere of the Caribbean's most exclusive private island resort, we ask guests to adhere to the following dress code. At breakfast and lunch, ladies are required to wear pareos or cover-ups over swimwear; gentlemen may wear polos or t-shirts with dress or swim shorts. We request that no wet swimwear be worn during lunch time. At dinner, cocktail attire is appropriate for ladies; gentlemen are required to wear short- or long-sleeved shirts and trousers (no jackets or ties required).
Arrival, Departure & Transfers
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures. A $60 per person transfer fee includes a welcome at V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua and escort by private car to the resort's private ferry for the seven-minute journey to Jumby Bay.The transfer fee also includes return transfer to V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua upon departure. Transfer fees are $30 roundtrip for children ages 2-12 years and complimentary for children under 2 years of age. Airport transfer fees for guests arriving via private plane available upon request.
