Las Ventanas Escorts Guests Through Security to New VIP Lounge

LOS CABOS, MEXICO - Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, which has set the standard for assisting guests departing by air with its one-of-a-kind Airport Hosts, has added an unprecedented new dimension to its airport service – that reduces the hassle of navigating security and makes time spent at the airport more comfortable and enjoyable.
Las Ventanas’ Airport Hosts have been assisting departing guests at San Jose del Cabo International Airport since 2005. The Airport Hosts greet them at the curb as they arrive from Las Ventanas in a Mercedes-Benz, Suburban or limousine, whisk them through check-in and escort them to the security area. Now, the Airport Hosts have been certified with the airport – allowing them to also escort departing guests through the actual security process, and then on to a new private VIP Airport Lounge.
“With our expanded services, Las Ventanas provides its guests with the fastest and easiest navigation of the airport,” said Managing Director Martein van Wagenberg. “We’ve significantly reduced time spent with airport procedures, allowing our guests to instead relax in luxury with premium beverages and delicious snacks. It’s really the only way to fly.”
The new VIP Airport Lounge is accessible only to guests of selected luxury resorts in Los Cabos and to airline club members. Located in Terminal #1, it offers plush sitting areas, wifi, and unlimited light dining and beverages including alcoholic beverages. A $20 fee per person is charged. A similar lounge will be opened in Terminal #2 in November 2011.
