Rates in US Dollars are per room, per night, double occupancy and are subject to change. Billing processed in Mexican Pesos*. Daily room rates are subject to an 11% state tax, 3% local charge and 15% service charge (10% gratuities/5% administrative fees). An 11% tax and 15% gratuity will be added to all food & beverage checks. Additional charge for third person 12 years of age and older in room of $120. Rollaway beds are available at an additional nightly charge of $45.
*Please note that Mexico law prohibits cash transactions in currency (other than Mexican Pesos) as a form of payment for goods and services, therefore all payments must be settled by credit card. We will continue to accommodate requests for credit card cash advances, however by law the payment must be provided in Mexican Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
A minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel professional to obtain current information. Christmas/New Year's season bookings require a seven-night minimum stay with either a Dec. 19 arrival and Dec. 26 departure or a Dec. 26 arrival with a Jan. 2 (or later) departure. Other major holidays require a four-night minimum stay.
MEAL PLAN OPTIONS
Modified American Plan (MAP) = breakfast & dinner. $115 per person, per day plus tax and service charge
Full American Plan (FAP) = breakfast, lunch & dinner. $145 per person, per day plus tax and service charge
Beverages are at an additional charge on meal plans.
Children under 12 years old are entitled to a 50% reduction on meal plan costs.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
For stays of up to 10 nights, a 2-night deposit is required at the time of booking. All reservations 11 nights or longer in length require a 4-night deposit at the time of booking. Stays between Jan. 2-Apr. 14, 2013 and Sept. 30-Dec. 19, 2013 require a 28-day advanced notice of cancellation; stays between Apr. 15-Sept. 29, 2013 require a 14-day advanced notice of cancellation. Cancellation outside of these terms will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that minimum lengths of stay restrictions may apply. A non-refundable 2-night deposit is taken at the time of booking for all winter holiday reservations. Reservations cancelled within these terms will receive full refund minus the non-refundable two-night deposit. Please note that minimum lengths of stay restrictions will apply. In the event of an early departure, please note that all originally confirmed room nights will be charged. All major credit cards and checks are accepted. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Specific building numbers and suite assignments may be requested and are not guaranteed. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. daily. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
TRANSFERS
Due to very specific regulations by the Public Transport Board in Baja California Sur, the resort is only permitted to provide airport-resort-airport private transfers, which must be booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival. To arrange these transfers, contact the resort directly at +52.624.144.2800 or Rosewood Reservations at 888.767.3966 or note your travel details on the Guest Preference Form. The completed form may be faxed directly to the resort at +52.624.144.2802 or emailed to lasventanas@rosewoodhotels.com. Transfers that are not prearranged will only be available through public taxis at the airport. The resort's private transfer service is $150 USD each way for a Mercedes Benz G-Class 500 or Suburban and $175 USD each way for a limousine.
PET POLICY
There is a 40 lb. maximum weight limit on pets and a $60 USD +14% tax + 15% service charge per stay fee. Pets must be on a leash at all times while on property and they are not permitted in the restaurant or pool areas.

Cellular telephones may be used only in the privacy of your suites.
ATTIRE AT LAS VENTANAS
Las Ventanas is renowned for its sophisticated elegance. The required dress code at The Restaurant is casual Resort Elegance. For gentlemen, slacks are required. Please no shorts, sneakers, jeans or sleeveless shirts. Ladies will feel comfortable in evening resort attire.
