Rosewood Little Dix Bay’s Wellness Retreats include twice daily classes, rejuvenating breakfast and dinner menus (with take-home healthy recipes) and luxurious treatments at Sense spa to alleviate tension and soothe sore muscles. Guests can also participate in customized one-on-one consultations with the certified instructors to focus on everything from plaguing injuries and targeted strength training to personalized nutrition and diet plans. Frankly Fitness® Immersion

MOVE WELL, FEEL WELL, BE WELL® is the philosophy of New York City fitness expert and creator, Frank Baptiste, C.S.C.S. His experience working with clients of all ages and abilities has helped him create an artful array of therapeutic movement techniques aimed at re-establishing range of motion and refining movement patterns while enhancing athleticism. Drawing from a myriad of disciplines to help bring balance to body and mind, the beachside and poolside workshops include Move Well Morning Workout, Jump Rope Techniques, 21st Century Core Training, and Kettlebell Sessions.

Revitalize, Refresh, Renew Yoga

Johnny Anzalone, a certified instructor of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, Mediation Pilates and dance, will lead daily classes held throughout the resort and its secluded beaches and will offer the knowledge needed to enhance the body, mind and spirit. Classes consist of Multi-level Yoga to Core Strength and Choreography of Asana.
