Located at the heart of the resort beneath four signature vaulted rooftops, the open-air Pavilion restaurant serves innovative international cuisine and offers sweeping postcard views from every table. An elaborate daily breakfast is served with fresh juices, pastries and made-to-order items. Lunch is served on most days and consists of a buffet selection of salads, vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses, sandwiches, hot entrees and items grilled to order.
The popular Caribbean Grand Buffet is hosted every Monday night. An á la carte dinner menu features light and healthy food with an accent on grills, wonderful salads, fresh seafood including grilled Anegada lobster, local mahi with coconut-lime pumpkin broth, seafood escabeche, hydroponic cucumber ceviche and conch chowder in addition to pastas, fresh meats and daily specials.
Live music can be enjoyed most evenings. The neighboring wallaba-shingled bar serves food daily from 12 noon to 10 p.m. and offers a selection of Caribbean cocktails and rums. Daily afternoon tea, complete with English scones, fruit brochettes and local Johnny Cakes, is also served at the bar.
