Daily rates in US Dollars are based on European Plan and subject to an accommodation tax, currently at 7%, and resort fee, currently at 10%. The resort fee covers gratuities for staff and resort services such as property shuttles, resort-furnished watersports and Internet access in the Business Center. An 18% gratuity is added to all F&B checks. Rates apply to single or double occupancy. $95 additional charge per night for third person 12 years of age or older in all rooms (plus tax and resort fee). Rates, tax and fees are subject to change without notice.
ATTIRE
During the daytime, a cover-up and footwear are appropriate in the dining room and public areas. After sunset, in the Pavilion gentlemen may wear dress shorts, a collared shirt and open shoes. Shorts, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and beach sandals are not permitted. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire. During the winter season, from Christmas until Easter, we ask that gentlemen wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. At the Sugar Mill, throughout the year, gentlemen are required to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. Jackets and ties are not necessary. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire.

Modified American Plan (MAP): $115 for adults (ages 12 and up)/$50 (ages 5 to 11) Breakfast / Dinner.
Includes cappuccino and espresso with a meal.
Lunch and Dinner Plan (LDP): $115 for adults (ages 12 and up)/$50 (ages 5 to 11) Lunch / Dinner.
No beverages included. Complimentary in-room coffee set-up with this meal plan.
Full American Plan (FAP): $150 (ages 12 and up)/$60 (ages 5 to 11) Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.
Includes cappuccino and espresso with a meal.
Deluxe Meal Plan (DMP): $180 (ages 12 and up)/$80 (ages 5 to 11) Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.
Includes cappuccino / espresso, bottled water, juice, soda and milk with meals.
An 18% gratuity is added. There is no charge for children 4 years old and under when parents purchase a meal plan. We ask that parents and children be on the same plan.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
Rooms, villas and package reservations require a three-night deposit to confirm. All deposits must be received at time of booking. Room, villa and package deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received prior to at least 28 days prior to arrival from January 4 to April 7, 2013, or 14 days prior to arrival from April 8 to December 18, 2013. Reservations made less than 28 days prior to arrival from January 4 to April 7, 2013, or less than 14 days prior to arrival from April 8 to December 18, 2013, require a credit card to secure and confirm. Deposit checks should note guest name and confirmation number and be made payable to Little Dix Bay, P.O. Box 671015, Dallas TX 75267-1015. Minimum-stay requirements and special deposit and cancellation policies apply to the end-of-year holiday period. Please contact the resort for complete details. Travel insurance is recommended to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.
Weekly package is based on seven-night stay; early departure is subject to surcharge for activities and services. For reservations falling over the Christmas/New Years period, special minimum stay requirements and deposit and cancellation policies apply.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome at the resort. For children 12 years old and above, staying in parents' room, there is an extra guest charge of $95, subject to 7% tax and 10% resort charge. Beginning Jan 5, 2014, there will be an extra guest charge of $47.50, subject to 7% tax and 10% resort charge, for children 5 to 11 years old staying in parents' room. Cribs for infants are available complimentary but must be requested at time of booking. Children's menus are available in the Beach Grill for lunch and in the Pavilion for dinner or through room Service. The Sugar Mill restaurant welcomes children 12 years and older only.
