La Cava is Rosewood San Miguel de Allende’s private wine cellar that showcases over 800 bottles of fine wines from Mexico and around the globe. This exclusive and intimate venue is adorned with photos of Mexico’s beloved Frida Khalo as well as authentic Mexican décor and is the perfect spot for an executive dinner, small social celebrations such as anniversary and birthday dinners or for an intimate romantic dinner. Menus are individually tailored by Executive Chef Victor Palma and can be paired with wines or with a selection of Mexico's finest tequilas. La Cava is available by request and seats up to 14 people.
