At The Resort

CAMDEN BALLROOM: By day, the Ballroom is a high-tech business venue for meetings and presentations. For evenings, it is an elegant candle-lit black-tie venue with bone china table settings, subtle lighting and exotic flowers. The Ballroom can be configured as three separate spaces—the Verdmont, Soncy and Chelston Rooms, each named for 18th- and 19th-century estate homes maintained by the Bermuda National Trust. Every configuration offers state-of-the-art A/V, lighting and climate controls, as well as WiFi, satellite conferencing, image projection options and HD monitors.

VERDMONT-A: Named for one the oldest Bermuda estates, the Verdmont Room is a Ballroom section that can be isolated as a distinct and soundproof meeting room or combined with the adjacent Soncy Room. All of the Ballroom's high-tech capabilities can be isolated for the specific requirements of this room.

SONCY-B: The Soncy Room was named for a late 19th-century estate built by a Civil War general who was the first to export the Bermuda Lilly. It is a Ballroom section that can be isolated as a distinct and soundproof meeting room or combined with the adjacent Chelston and Verdmont Rooms. All of the Ballroom's high-tech capabilities can be isolated for the specific requirements of this room.

CHELSTON-C: Named for an historic oil baron's estate in Paget Parish, the Chelston Room is a Ballroom section that can be isolated as a distinct and soundproof meeting room or combined with the adjacent Soncy Room. All of the Ballroom's high-tech capabilities can be isolated for the specific requirements of this room.

THE GALLERY: An ideal setting for a cocktail reception, The Gallery features expansive windows overlooking the Palm Court and manicured Croquet Lawn. Custom loomed rugs, white marble floors, and glimmering chandeliers create a light, yet refined atmosphere.

BOARDROOM: Handsomely appointed with seating for 16 persons at a handcrafted mahogany table, the Boardroom offers the same high-tech capabilities found in the Ballroom.

WALSINGHAM SUITE: The Walsingham Suite provides spacious accommodations and the capacity for gracious entertaining. The parlor has a service entrance and pantry, study, powder room, wet bar, fireplace and dining area. The broad balcony has views of Castle Harbour and overlooks a beautifully landscaped pool.

PERGOLA TERRACE: Dine al fresco under a wisteria draped pergola or along a curved banquette piled with colourful pillows. In the evening, gas lanterns create a tranquil atmosphere under Bermuda's brilliant night sky. This venue may be reserved for special group events.

WINE ROOM: Between the vaulted brick ceiling and the wood-plank floor, over 3000 bottles of vintage wine line the walls of the elegant Wine Room located at The Point Restaurant. Petite sconces, flickering candlelight and a wood-burning fireplace provide a sophisticated ambiance for intimate dinner celebrations for up to 24 persons.

CROQUET LAWN: This beautifully manicured lawn is the perfect setting for croquet and cocktails. John Young, a member of the Tucker's Point management staff, is also a world-ranked croquet player. John will organize a fun event for your attendees, whether novice or experienced.

At the Clubhouse

BALLROOM & PRIVATE DINING ROOM: Adjacent to The Grille Room, the Ballroom and Private Dining Room share a wall that can be opened to form one large room.

THE GRILLE ROOM & TERRACE: This warm and rustic room is available for evening functions from April-October. Host a Pub Night, with all the traditional fare prepared by English chefs who learned recipes as young lads. Enjoy Bangers & Mash, Sheppard's Pie and Spotted Dick.

At the Beach Club

FOUNTAIN POOL: An evening cocktail reception or seated dinner is a very special event on the terrace of the Fountain Pool, which overlooks the private pink-sand beach. Fountains of water arch over the pool and Italian string lights illuminate this beautiful al fresco setting. As many as 80 guests can be accommodated.

HORIZON POOL: An evening function may be arranged at the Horizon Pool, which enjoys a spectacular vista of the Atlantic Ocean, with waves breaking on the reef 300 metres from shore. A shaded pergola provides an excellent venue for a dinner party up to 30 persons. The menu can be as casual or as formal as one desires.

EAST BEACH: Bermuda’s largest private beach is ideally suited for receptions, barbeques and bonfires on the sand (beginning at 7 p.m.).
