- Cancellations made within three days prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the stay and tax
- Nightly Resort Credit is per room, per night
- Yoga and Meditation classes are conducted in group sessions and advance reservations required
- Nightly Resort Credit is not cumulative. If USD50 is not consumed in incidentals per night, the credit is forfeited. No cash value is refunded
- Nightly Resort Credit is not valid for accommodation charges, in-room dining, minibar, retail sales or third-party services
- Early check-out and no-show bookings forfeit eligibility and consumption of Nightly Resort Credit
- Failure to show for reservation (no-show) without written notification will result in a 100% penalty fee
