Combining his great love of food and travel, Samuele Baudoino started his career under the wings of the acclaimed chef Sergio Mel in Milan back in 2011. Then, over the next seven years, his career took him to luxury hotels in London and Italy.
Samuele then brought his Italian roots to the Middle East, where he led the finest Italian restaurants in booth Amman and Damascus before his love of travel and culinary exploration took him to Bali.
Once there he became a key player in the opening of Sundara, one of the most sophisticated beach clubs on the island. Next, came Singapore and Hong Kong, where Samuele continued to take dining experiences to new heights.
With two decades of experience across three continents, Samuele’s personal flair, creativity and pursuit of excellence has now brought exciting flavors from across the world to the discerning diners of Abu Dhabi.
