Join multiple award-winner, manager of one of Canada's 50 Best Bars, L'Abattoir, and creator of "Close Enough Cocktails," David Bulter as he takes over the bars at The Conservatory and Sul Verde from February 17 to 18.
David brings nearly a decade of experience in managing successful bars from Melbourne's dynamic pub culture to Vancouver's craft cocktail scene. David will bring a flair of these destinations to Bermuda, sharing exciting new riffs on cocktail classics to suit the unique atmospheres of Conservatory and Sul Verde.
