Arnie Rodriguez

Banquet Captain

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek

I was born and raised in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. As a young boy, I wanted to be an architect.

My career with Rosewood began and I loved it from the first day. My sister already worked at the Mansion, and my brother followed soon after. I attended college to learn English.

My wife Braulia and I were married in Monterey, Mexico. Three years later, we had our daughter Valeria. My son Alan was born the year after that and our happy family was complete!

We traveled to Tokyo after I was named the Associate of the Year and we were immersed in an incredible new culture. We met kind people as we explored the city. My daughter celebrated her quinceañera.

After all these years, I am still learning! I love taking care of our guests every day and am fortunate to have a very close Rosewood family. I am excited to experience what is yet to come.

Arnie Rodriguez was born in San Luis Potosí, located in central Mexico. As a young boy, he was curious about the world and loved learning about topics such as architecture. When he was 18 years old, he traveled to the United States to spend time with his older sister Adela, who worked at a luxurious hotel known as Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. She encouraged him to apply for a position with the hotel and Mr. Rodriguez began his career with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. In 1982, he spent his first day in the hotel’s kitchen, and he was quickly promoted the following year – and subsequently the year after, and the year after that – eventually working at the Mansion Bar.
