I have always had a passion for experiencing various cultures and cuisines and would try to learn all I could about other parts of the world. After I graduated from college in 1999, I decided to pursue a dream of living in sunny California. I settled in Los Angeles, and soon after the move I decided to begin a career in the hospitality industry.


I joined the famous Beverly Wilshire hotel where I really developed my passion for the luxury hotel industry. The concierge and guest relations team in particular was extremely interesting to me and I was always striving to exceed our guests’ expectations in new ways by providing them with the ultimate L.A. experience.


I became a member of the prestigious Les Clefs d'Or member and attended several Pan-American and International worldwide congress events. I was also voted best chef concierge in Los Angeles and held every board position on the Los Angeles Concierge Association, including as president for two years.


I decided I was ready for a change yet again and moved to New York City. I really wanted to experience a new city full of energy. Shortly after my move, I decided to join The Carlyle as Senior Guest Relations Manager where I began to meet so many fascinating guests and employees.


I was promoted to Chef Concierge concierge at the legendary hotel. I have had the opportunity to participate in the company's task force meetings in Dallas and I also assisted with the opening of Rosewood Beijing. This year, I became a quarterly contributor to ELLE UK for what's hot in New York and I have also been lucky to be featured in many other publications.

As chef concierge, I am thrilled to lead our extremely talented concierge team that has a total of over 100 years combined experience!
