We are committed to developing all our associates through our personalized training programs. As new members join our team, they are immersed in the “Rosewood discovery.” To ensure each person is set up for success, he or she will be paired with a Rosewood standards specialist in order to learn the details of his or her position. Each new associate goes through a series of Rosewood Programs that focus on different aspects of service. Each service program has been customized to Rosewood principles in order to reflect our “ways we work’” service philosophy:  intuitive, engaged and refined.

Desire for Excellence

We encourage personal and professional growth. Development and succession plans are in place and ready to be personalized according to your goals. We have aligned ourselves with some of the most highly accredited institutions in the world. Our managers are enrolled in the Harvard Manager Mentor series of online management skills learning modules that are associated with Harvard Business Publishing. Rosewood executive committee members participate in eCornell training to obtain Cornell University’s Executive Leadership Certificate.

Management Trainee Program

The management trainee program welcomes individuals who desire learning in a specific discipline. The trainee will receive a well-rounded overview of the hotel’s operations before moving to a more rigorous learning schedule within the discipline of choice. There will be opportunities for the trainees to lead a hotel project, to be exposed to VIP events, participate in business meetings and social events with senior management and corporate executives. Upon successful completion of the program, these individuals will be accelerated into managerial roles and will continue to have a fast growing career within the company.
