Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort Celebrates Baja Lobster Season with Lobster & Champagne Festival
CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO – February 28, 2024 – Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, renowned for its unparalleled luxury and culinary excellence, is pleased to announce the Festival of Lobster & Champagne, a celebration marking the close of Baja Lobster season. The festival, in partnership with esteemed champagne house Billecart-Salmon, will feature a series of lobster and champagne pairings throughout the resort through the month of March 2024, culminating in a spectacular champagne pairing dinner on March 29, 2024.
Nestled along the pristine shores of Cabo San Lucas along the Sea of Cortez, Las Ventanas al Paraiso invites guests to indulge in an exploration of Baja's finest flavors and the celebrated champagne house. Throughout the festival, visitors will savor specially curated menu items from breakfast to dinner showcasing the freshest Baja Lobster, featuring special vintages of champagne by Maison Billecart-Salmon available by the glass and by the bottle. As the festival crescendos to its grand finale, guests will be treated to an exclusive Champagne Pairing Dinner at La Cava, the resort’s intimate wine cellar, on March 29th for twelve guests. Guests will delight in an extraordinary five-course menu expertly crafted to complement the nuanced flavors of Billecart-Salmon's exceptional champagnes, curated by Genevieve Roux, wine director at Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort.
