The acclaimed resort in Los Cabos, Mexico will embrace the festive spirit with communal dinners, exclusive chef collaborations, tailored mindfulness activities, and more.

Released 5 July 2025

Los Cabos, Mexico | July 5, 2025 – Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a Rosewood Resort, is pleased to announce an array of new programming specially designed to embrace the season of gratitude. For the month of November and through Thanksgiving, Las Ventanas al Paraíso will transform into the ultimate ‘gratitude getaway’ destination. From communal dinners and family-friendly mindfulness activities to exclusive chef collaborations shared among friends, the resort offers something for everyone to discover and be thankful for.

Gathered and Grateful

Throughout November, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, will host a series of intimate communal dinners at 1001 nights, a magical beachfront setting where cotton candy skies and the sound of the sea set the tone. Rooted in traditional cooking and locally sourced ingredients, each evening will feature a unique, secret menu thoughtfully crafted for the group. A member of the resort will host each dinner, inviting guests to connect—with each other, with the culture, and with the surrounding natural beauty—through the shared joy of a memorable meal.

Thanksgiving Under The Stars

On Thanksgiving Day, Alebrije, will present a candlelit dinner under the stars. The 5-course, family-style dinner will be set under the resort’s iconic Tree of Love, where colorful, glass-blown hearts enhance an unforgettable meal, further complemented by a live quartet performance.

For those seeking a more intimate dining experience with friends and family, a private Thanksgiving dinner will also be available for bookings in the Wine Cellar, accommodating up to 12 guests.

A New Kind of ‘Friendsgiving’

Following Thanksgiving, on November 28, a special six-hands, ‘Chef’s Best Friends’ dinner will be presented at Alebrije. Executive Chef Victor Palma will team up with former Rosewood Resorts Chefs Juan Pablo Loza and Fidel Baeza, friends of Chef Palma and local culinary talents, to host their own take on a ‘Friendsgiving’ with a 6-course menu featuring their most acclaimed dishes from their Rosewood journeys. This experience will be a culinary highlight not to be missed.

Additional Resort-Wide Festivities

Also available at the resort throughout November will be a Gratitude Card Game. Custom-designed for Las Ventanas al Paraíso and gifted to all guests of the resort that month, the game is designed to encourage and deepen gratefulness in daily life.
