The iconic Los Cabos resort rises 19 places to No. 25 on The 50 Best Hotels 2026, marking its second consecutive year on the prestigious global list. Las Ventanas al Paraíso also received the WhistlePig Highest Climber Award in recognition of its remarkable ascent.

Published annually by The 50, the global authority behind The 50 Best Restaurants and The 50 Best Bars, the ranking celebrates hotels that are redefining excellence in hospitality through exceptional service, design and guest experience. This marks the second consecutive year that Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort has been recognized, having first appeared on the list in 2025 at No.44, and climbing 19 places in this year's ranking to claim the WhistlePig Highest Climber Award.

The 50 Best Hotels 2026 was revealed as part of a live countdown from No.50 to No.1. The ranking is complemented by a series of special awards alongside the extended 51-100 list and reflects the very best travel experiences around the globe, collated from the votes of more than 800 anonymous experts. This voting panel – The 50 Best Hotels Academy – comprises a balanced mix of hoteliers, travel journalists, educators and seasoned luxury travellers, led by a group of industry-leading Academy Chairs.
