To kick-off the celebrations, Las Ventanas al Paraíso will bring La Botica, the first speakeasy in Los Cabos, to cities across the U.S. in iconic locations including Bemelmans’s Bar at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel in New York City and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. The pop-up events will feature entertainment from the vibrant Rosalia de Cuba, the resort’s first-ever artist-in-residence, known for her powerful voice and Afro-Cuban Jazz performances, along with three of the apothecary-themed speakeasy’s unique cocktails, including: the Hoja Santa Smash, a spicy and sweet Mezcal based drink; the Serrano Chilli Cocktail, a spicy cocktail with notes of elderflower; the Spicy Pineapple Margarita, a classic spicy margarita with a sweet and fruity twist.
