Rosewood Abu Dhabi Announces the Promotion of Borja Molina to Hotel Manager

Since joining the property in 2024, Borja has played a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience and driving operational excellence. With an extensive background in luxury hospitality across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, he brings deep expertise in large-scale operations, pre-opening projects, and delivering refined service at the highest standards.

Borja has been a key contributor to the continued success of Rosewood Abu Dhabi. His strong foundation in Food & Beverage was instrumental in the launch of Majlis by Pierre Hermé, which quickly established itself as an iconic dining destination within the hotel. His support of the pre-opening of Rosewood Miyakojima further demonstrated his dedication to innovation and excellence.

As Rosewood Abu Dhabi continues to elevate the guest journey and strengthen its market position, Borja’s vision, operational insight, and passion for hospitality will be vital in leading the hotel toward new milestones.

In his new role, Borja will oversee Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Rooms Division, and will now also assume responsibility for Information Technology, Engineering, and Security, Safety & Compliance.

Prior to this promotion, Borja served as Director of Operations, where he led teams to deliver exceptional performance across multiple venues, successfully opened and repositioned several F&B outlets, and contributed to notable revenue growth while upholding Rosewood’s hallmark standards of service.

A graduate of Les Roches, Switzerland, with a master’s degree in International Hotel Management, Borja brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership. His promotion is a testament to his remarkable achievements and unwavering commitment to the continued growth and excellence of Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
