Rosewood Baha Mar Opens Four Signature Dining Destinations
Rosewood Baha Mar, the brand-new luxury destination in Nassau, The Bahamas, introduces four signature dining concepts, each of which draw inspiration from Bahamian culture and history while creating atmospheres that provoke conversation and fellowship among guests.

Commonwealth, Rosewood Baha Mar’s refined farm-to-table restaurant, welcomes guests into a modern London Brasserie-style setting, where they can enjoy unique dishes from six Commonwealth regions around the world. The venue offers outdoor seating as well as an exclusive Rum Room for private dinners and gatherings.
Rosewood Baha Mar’s relaxed poolside restaurant, Costa, serves coastal cuisine with an infusion of bright Mexican flavors, as well as a menu of well-chosen mezcals, tequilas and craft cocktails. Guests at Costa dine in unique communal cabanas, which encourage guests to make new friends, sharing conversation and laughs well into the evening.
Inspired by the classic Mad Men-style bars of the 20th century, Manor Bar is a sophisticated evening destination, serving a thoughtful menu of hand-crafted cocktails and upscale bar snacks.
The Library is an intimate parlor serving afternoon tea, specialty coffees, and custom cocktails paired with delicious pastries and desserts. Within the lovely and inviting setting, The Library also serves an authentic Afternoon Tea, which features traditional Bahamian teas accompanied by beloved island pastries such as guava duff and rum cake.
In addition to Rosewood Baha Mar’s four dining outlets, guests can enjoy Sky Juice – a beloved Bahamian cocktail made with coconut water, condensed milk and gin – at Rosewood Baha Mar’s Sky Juice Cart found at the resort’s private pool and beach.
