Rosewood Bermuda Appoints APEX 360 As New Fitness and Wellness Provider

Rosewood Bermuda, the island’s premier luxury resort, is delighted to announce its partnership with APEX 360 to bring guests an unrivaled selection of health and fitness offerings. Coupled with the property’s Sense, A Rosewood Spa, resort guests and Tucker’s Point Club members are guaranteed to find a complete holistic wellness experience during their stay.

Together Rosewood Bermuda and APEX 360 will offer guests a variety of programming tailored to different levels of fitness. For guests looking to receive one-on-one instruction, personal training sessions with a certified trainer are available. In addition, individual wellness assessments look at either performance, dietician or metabolic cardio. APEX 360 will offer a regular schedule of classes for guests and Tucker’s Point Club members to participate in. Fitness offerings include but are not limited to:

· Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In each class, guests can expect to burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.

· YogaFlow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga or Vinyasa offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

· HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a form of interval training leveraging cardiovascular exercise in alternating short periods with less intense recovery periods.

· Functional Core combines Functional Movement Systems, corrective exercises to address physical limitation in mobility and stability to enhance functional movement patterns required to move well and live better. Each class is a series of segmental specific exercises designed to overcome restrictions in mobility and address the primary characters in a join-by-joint approach to human movement.
