Rosewood Bermuda Launches Journey To Resilience

Rosewood Bermuda, the premier luxury resort in Bermuda, is delighted to announce the launch of Journey to Resilience, a new wellness retreat concept designed to enhance one’s ability to recover from or adapt easily to change. The retreat will focus on four main behavioral elements to resilience - positivism, purpose, resourcefulness and, compassion, through practices that take individuals on a journey to rediscover one’s life and attain emotional, physical and mental balance.

The Journey to Resilience retreat will address all aspects of wellbeing; the physical, the emotional and, the mindful, offering a tailored and personalized program to offer unique treatments including acupressure and vagus nerve facial therapy. Designed to encourage a sense of self-awareness and build a foundation for resilient, healthful living, the program also includes a two-session sleep therapy assessment, emotional sunrise yoga sessions, a tai chi or qi gong class and, mandala painting workshops.
