Sebastien Dental Appointed Managing Director at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort

Sebastien Dental, who joined the resort in 2020, brings more than 15 years of international hospitality experience and a strong legacy of leadership across globally renowned luxury brands.
Since he arrived at Las Ventanas al Paraíso as Director of Food & Beverage, Dental has played a key role in elevating service standards and strengthening team culture. In 2022, he was promoted to Resort Manager, where his strategic mindset and guest-centric approach significantly enhanced the resort’s operations and reputation. He is recognized for his deep understanding of luxury hospitality and unwavering commitment to creating meaningful guest experiences that leave a lasting impact on both guests and colleagues.
