Starting September 9, the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel will offer a series of chic and gourmet brunches that shine the spotlight on key moments throughout the year.

A true temple to gastronomy, the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, invites its guests to discover its new brunch service in the intimate and warm atmosphere of its historic salons overlooking the Place de la Concorde. From the kitchen, the chefs will propose a wide selection of savoury and sweet dishes that will wow all epicurean palates. The homemade pastries, egg cooking stations, hot dishes, a “surf & turf” selection, along with make-your-own salad and juice bars will fulfill your every fancy. The tone of this family culinary gathering will be set by the key events on the calendar - big news that will last all year.

#1 / Back-to-School Brunch – September 9, 2018
With kick-off on Sunday, September 9, the Back-to-School Brunch will salute the satisfying flavours of childhood. On the menu: au-gratin-style dishes, macaroni and cheese with ham and truffle, and burgers. Cookies and other delights will serve as a sweet conclusion to this end of the week sojourn.

#2 / It’s Fall – September 23, 2018
Christopher Hache, Michelin-Star Chef of the gourmet restaurant L’Ecrin, will prepare his signature dish, the “Champignons de Paris”, among other specialties. Kids will be King thanks to an activity designed to explore fall foliage led by the hotel’s famous florist, Djordje Varda.

THE place to be for all Fashionistas, the Hôtel de Crillon is the hot spot for Fall Fashion Week. For its Sunday brunch, the 5-star establishment will transform its historic salons into fashion showrooms.

#4 / Thanksgiving Brunch – November 25, 2018

The United States are in the limelight! On the occasion of the well-known holiday Thanksgiving, the historic hotel on the Place de la Concorde, neighboring the US Embassy, will propose a buffet revolving around the famous roast turkey and its traditional sides.

#5 / Christmas Brunch – December 25, 2018

On Christmas Day, the magic of the holidays will illuminate the Hôtel de Crillon! Pastry Chef Pablo Gicquel will present his scrumptious bûche (Yule Log) with Father Christmas in attendance. The perfect opportunity to share a delicious meal as a family.

#6 / New Year’s Brunch – January 1, 2019
To celebrate the new year, the establishment invites its guests to try a seafood buffet accompanied by blinis and Nordic specialties. Furthermore, Pastry Chef Pablo Gicquel’s galette des rois (King’s Cake) will make its début. The Kings and Queens of the brunch will also receive an exceptional gift to take home with them.

#7 / Mardi Gras – March 3, 2019
Sweet treats will be honored for Carnival, thanks to Pastry Chef Pablo Gicquel’s made-to-order pancakes and crêpes. The children’s corner will feature costumes and face painting.

#8 / Easter Brunch – April 21, 2019
To celebrate Easter with good food, the Hôtel de Crillon’s guests will be able to sample eggs in all their forms. Whether sweet or savoury, they’re sure to titillate the taste buds of all epicureans, both big and small.

#9 / Mother’s Day Brunch – May 26, 2019
For Mother’s Day, the Hôtel de Crillon will celebrate mothers with cuisine that is a mélange of modernity and classic. Children, on the other hand, will be able to spoil their mothers with the creations they can make in special art and writing workshops.

#10 / Independence Day – July 7, 2019
The Hôtel de Crillon is unquestionably the ideal place to celebrate Independence Day in Paris! Attendees will have the pleasure of savouring a real American brunch, a spread of delicious dishes “made in the USA”.

All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet, water, hot beverages, fruit juice and a flute of champagne. 
Price: Adults € 145/person. Children under 4 years old: complimentary. Ages 4-12: € 55.
(With the exception of the Christmas Brunch and the New Year’s Brunch, which are € 180/person and € 80/child)
Children’s activities depend on the theme.
