Reopened since July 5th, 2017, and after 4 years of intense renovation, Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel has been awarded the Best Hotel Spa in France by clients and professionals of the industry at the World Spa Awards.

The ceremony took place on Friday the 26th of October at Hôtel Saint Régis in Maldives, and rewarded and celebrated the excellence of the most prestigious spas and well-being destinations around the world.

Boasting a spa, a well-being space as well as an indoor swimming pool offering zenithal light, Hôtel de Crillon has become the must-visit address for fans of health and well-being. French cosmetic brands (EviDenS de Beauté and Maison Caulières) and the Hair Salon by David Lucas have also created an exceptional universe in a stunning décor imagined by interior designers Chahan Minassian and Tristan Auer.

All year long and throughout the seasons, Sense, A Rosewood Spa, offers a unique program rich with renowned guests to offer unique experiences to its visitors such as the Master of Kiyindo Shiatsu, Pierre Clavreux and Evy, an expert in the art of bespoke holistic relaxation. Since October, guests are also invited to participate in yoga classes by Nicole Marty, the famous teacher of Hatha Yoga, by the pool of the Palace hotel.

“We are extremely proud to be elected as France’s Best Spa of a Hotel at the World Spa Awards. This award presented by wellness professionals is an acknowledgment of the investment of our teams who have worked to find the best partners and beauty protocols to make this address unmissable and always visionary” said Marc Raffray, General Manager of the Hôtel de Crillon.

Fronted by the majestic architecture of Ange-Jacques Gabriel, Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel overlooks the spectacular Place de la Concorde, one of the most beautiful city squares in the world. Built at Louis XV’s request, the hotel became the residence of the illustrious Count de Crillon and his family for many years and was transformed into a hotel in 1909 under the guidance of architect Walter-André Destailleur. Since then, its guest list has featured celebrities, politicians, artists, princes and queens, all attracted to the hotel’s unique and perennial reputation for excellence. Hôtel de Crillon has long since secured its iconic status as a one-of-a-kind property, a living testament to the very best way of life France has to offer. Following a four-year transformation, the hotel reopened in 2017 and now boasts 124 guestrooms and suites, four restaurants, Sense, A Rosewood Spa, a newly created swimming pool, three heritage landmark salons for meetings and functions, and more.
