A three-night deposit is due at time of booking to secure a reservation. Special deposit policies apply for the holiday season (Christmas and New Years). Cancellations and reservation changes must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival in spring, summer and fall months, or 45 days prior to arrival in winter months (including the Easter holiday weekend) to avoid loss of deposit. Special cancellation policies apply for the holiday season (Christmas and New Years). Forfeiture of full stay if cancellation or reservation change occurs within 14 days of arrival. Any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date, as well as no-show reservations will result in a penalty of the full stay.To avoid penalties, all cancellations must be communicated via e-mail or facsimile and receipt confirmed by the reservations department. Regrettably, no exceptions can be made, and as such, trip insurance is encouraged. Additional restrictions may apply throughout the year. Rates and policies are subject to change. Arrival, Departure and Transfers
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 noon. A Guest Lounge is available with changing facilities for early arrivals and late departures. A USD85 per person (above the age of 12 years old) transfer fee includes a welcome at V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua and escort by private car to the resort's private ferry for the seven-minute journey to Jumby Bay. The transfer fee also includes return transfer to V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua upon departure. Transfer fees are USD40 round-trip for children ages two to 12 years and complimentary for children under two years of age. Airport transfer fees for guests arriving via private plane are available upon request.

To preserve the elegant yet casual atmosphere of the Caribbean's most exclusive private island resort, ladies should wear pareos or cover-ups over swimwear; gentlemen may wear polos or t-shirts with swim shorts at breakfast and lunch. At dinner resort wear is appropriate for ladies and gentlemen.

Use of Drones and Unmanned Aerial Systems
The enjoyment, safety and privacy of our guests, residents, employees and island is of primary concern to Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort and Jumby Bay Island. The unauthorized use of unmanned aerial systems including but not limited to drones is prohibited on Jumby Bay Island.
