Pastry Chef, Jacquelynn Beckman

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, Jacquelynn Beckman’s love for baking was evident in high school when she started creating cookies and cakes for friends and family. She attended Orange Coast College and graduated with a degree in baking and pastry arts.

Chef Beckman’s culinary career began in her native California where she was pastry cook for the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Nigel. She then joined the pastry team at Carmel Valley Ranch, followed by two years in Costa Mesa as pastry sous chef for 24 Carrots Catering. Venturing north to Washington, Chef Beckman was pastry chef at the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland, Washington prior to joining Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in February 2018 as pastry chef.

Her favorite creations contain seasonal and local produce. “I love working with fresh produce, that is what inspires me and my desserts,” says Chef Beckman. Her passion for baking and for making guests smile and feel special is what drives her to keep learning and creating. “I never want to stop learning, growing and making others happy with my pastries.” 

Chef Beckman leads the pastry team and produces all things sweet at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek.
