Taste of Paris Culinary Collaboration Features Hôtel de Crillon and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is delighted to announce an extraordinary culinary partnership with Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris. Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon will be joined by two guest chefs from Hôtel de Crillon, Executive Chef Christopher Hache, who earned a Michelin star in 2011 for Hôtel de Crillon’s Les Ambassadeurs restaurant and Pastry Chef Jérôme Chaucesse, who was named France’s Best Artisan (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) in 2015.
Guests are invited to enjoy a stunning six-course tasting menu at The Mansion Restaurant available from July 17, 2015 through July 24, 2015. Executive Chef Hache and Executive Chef Davaillon, who hails from the Loire Valley in France, will prepare a creative gastronomic experience tailored to refined and adventurous palates alike. Highlights will include Lobster with Pickled Peach, Black Garlic and Brown Butter and Black Bass with Chanterelle, Australian Truffle and Chive Blossom.

Executive Chef Christopher Hache joined Hôtel de Crillon at the age of 28 and earned a Michelin star at the hotel in 2011. Chef Hache discovered a passion for cooking at an early age, working first alongside his grandmother and later in a Parisian restaurant managed by his father. He has worked with some of Paris’ most respected chefs, including Eric Fréchon and Frederic Robert.
Hôtel de Crillon Head Pastry Chef Jérôme Chaucesse was named France’s Best Artisan (M.O.F.) in 2015, a prestigious honor awarded only once every four years. Chef Chaucesse is the second head pastry chef of the Hôtel de Crillon to receive the M.O.F. award, after Chef Michel Guérard in 1958. Chef Chaucesse will collaborate closely with The Mansion Restaurant’s Pastry Chef Nicolas Blouin, who hails from Toulouse, France.
Hôtel de Crillon, which joined Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in December 2013, is a Parisian landmark. The world-famous hotel was originally built in 1758 for Louis XV and enjoys an unrivalled location overlooking Place de la Concorde. Hôtel de Crillon is currently closed to accommodate a complete restoration and is scheduled to reopen in 2016.
Guests are invited to experience the innovative French-American fusion inspired tasting menu for USD115 per person.
