This summer Rosewood Mayakoba welcomes famed Mexico City restaurant Niddo for a brunch residency, marking the launch of the resort’s new brunch program. Available from June 13 through the end of July, the special summer menu features Niddo’s fan-favorite dishes, Loza’s soulful Mexican classics, and new dishes made exclusively for the collaboration including Fried Egg Sliders with tahina and zaatar and Crispy Soft-Shell Crab Mollettes, among others. The brunch experience also features unlimited cocktails, including the Sabrosa with champagne, passionfruit and mango, as well as music from a live band.
