This interactive gin-making workshop is led by the only gin producer on the Yucatan peninsula, Roberto Brinkman, the proprietor behind Gin Katun. This special spirit is distilled using traditional methods but spotlights a variety of more than twenty botanicals native to the Yucatan, including Naranja Agria (sour orange), Chinalima (sweet lime), Mayan Oregano, and more.
