Five-year anniversary, 5000 fans and five-night giveaway: A lucky Facebook fan wins a trip to Mexico’s most luxurious resort
RIVIERA MAYA, MEXICO - Rosewood Mayakoba, Riviera Maya’s premier resort, is thrilled to announce nearing two milestones – their fifth anniversary of the hotel and earning 5,000 Facebook fans. As a “thank you” for the continued support, the resort is giving away a five-night stay in a Lagoon Studio Suite complete with a private outdoor garden shower, lounge terrace, and views of the tranquil surrounding mangroves, to one lucky Facebook fan. To enter, users must simply “Like” the resort’s Facebook page, post why they want to celebrate Rosewood Mayakoba’s milestones and what they will bring to the festivities. Once 5,000 fans are reached, the contest will close and the resort will randomly select a lucky winner.
“This is a very exciting time for us as not only are we reaching these two milestones, but we are also celebrating earning nearly 25 awards, many of which are chosen by readers and loyal guests,” said Graeme Davis, Managing Director of Rosewood Mayakoba. “It’s the staff at Rosewood Mayakoba that makes this a special place and transforms guests into enthusiasts.”
Situated along a mile-long arc of pristine white Caribbean Sand, nestled just north the scenic beachfront town of Playa del Carmen, Rosewood Mayakoba’s natural beauty has dazzled and delighted the most discerning guests since its opening in February 2008. Most recently, the resort completed a four-week, $1.6-million renovation, which included the addition of 18 adjoining suites, expansion of the fitness facilities at Sense, A Rosewood Spa® situated on its own private island, as well as a total makeover of the resort’s four distinct dining venues - Casa Del Lago Restaurant, Agave Azul Sushi Bar & Tequila Library and Punta Bonita. Unique to Rosewood Mayakoba are the new enthralling on-property amenities, which include a Culture Concierge, who serves as the go-to for all things to do in the region and an on-property biologist who leads an EcoTour exploring the resort’s lagoon and lush mangroves while educating guests on the wildlife and vegetation who call the property home. Also newly added to the extensive list of amenities, the Stargazing Storyteller provides entertainment for the young guests including storytelling on the beach, astronomy lessons, and authentic Mexican hot cocoa and cookies.
The five-night getaway to Rosewood Mayakoba includes accommodations in a Lagoon Studio Suite (including resort fees and taxes). The trip is valid for up to two adults, one of at least 18 years of age and two children up to 12 years of age. Only U.S. citizens from the 50 states are eligible to win. Winners are responsible for airfare as well as all costs incurred during the trip including but not limited to: food, beverages, spa treatments, and transportation. If the first winner declines the prize, another will promptly be selected until the five-night stay is awarded. The stay is valid through December 18, 2013 and subject to availability and blackout dates including holidays.
