In an exclusive partnership between Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star winning-Caruso’s Executive Chef Massimo Falsini, and three Michelin Star-winning Eleven Madison Park’s Chef Daniel Humm, the two-night experience will offer Eleven Madison Park's modern elegance against a backdrop of California’s farm-fresh ingredients from the Central Coast.
This eight-course tasting menu will highlight Eleven Madison Park's bold vision of luxury dining alongside touches of Caruso’s California coastal cuisine through an entirely plant-based experience.
