We welcome our resort guests to embark on an exclusive wine tasting experience featuring Star Lane Vineyard and Winery. Since opening this once-private vineyard to the public 10 years ago, Star Lane is recognized as one of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in the world.

This Central Coast Wine Country Package includes a 2-night stay at Rosewood Miramar Beach, private car transport, an exclusive tour and a tasting experience at Star Lane Vineyard including a wine selection from the family’s private cellar. To conclude the experience, top off the night with a dinner for two at Caruso’s featuring a four-course prix fixe menu showcasing the rich landscape of the Central Coast.

Looking for a hands-on culinary experience? We also offer this package with a pasta-making class with our Executive Chef Massimo Falsini. This private class combines the elements of culinary education, technique, and sustainable practices in the resort’s picturesque Massimo’s Garden.
