Rosewood Phuket is pleased to announce that after carefully evaluating recent improvements in the global health situation, we will once again open our doors to guests effective from October 1, 2020; we are accepting reservations for accommodation as well as our restaurants and Asaya Wellness facilities. While we look forward to resuming normal operations, the health and safety of guests and associates remain of the utmost priority for us and we will continue to operate to the highest levels of health and safety vigilance.
Guided by local and international health experts including the World Health Organization (WHO), and in compliance with our partners Ecolab and Diversey, we have implemented Rosewood’s enhanced health and safety program, Commitment to Care. By elevating already stringent health and safety measures, we would like to personally ensure the well-being of every guest and associate, from the moment they enter the resort until they depart.
Rosewood Phuket has received the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Safety & Health Administration Certification; the government’s assessment for ensuring that tourism industry establishments have strictly followed guidelines from the Ministry of Public Health.
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, local government law requires all persons to wear a face mask when in public areas. Failing to do so could lead to a personal fine of up to THB 20,000. Currently, all those entering Thailand are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine. Please check with your embassy and airline to re-confirm entry requirements into the country.
The following facilities and services will be available to our guests from October 1, 2020. As the global health situation continues to improve and as permissible by local authorities, we will update our website as additional facilities and services re-open.
We are thrilled to re-open the doors to the resort and look forward to welcoming you back. We wish to thank our loyal guests and community for their patience during this unprecedented time.
