Jorge González is responsible for the exciting culinary journeys offered at Rosewood Puebla. The secret behind his creative culinary talents lies in his knowledge of, and respect for, locally sourced products and ingredients. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, González developed his passion for food at home while preparing traditional Mexican cuisine with his mother. Early in his career, he gained national fame when he received the Young Mexican Chef of the Year award in 2006. González has spent over 15 years perfecting his craft at luxury hotels across Mexico. He also honed his skills at the renowned Michelin three-star El Bulli restaurant in Spain under the direction of Ferran Adrià.
